Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward emails from one electronic mail account to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
